Today we do in the simple and effective with these tapas with shrimps and chorizo! Yes more chorizo, but is it really my fault that this delicious ingredient goes wonderfully with pretty much ready with everything? 🤔😅
Go promised! No more chorizo before 2021!
Ingredients: (for 20 pieces)
- 20 shrimps not too small
- half a chorizo
- 2 cloves garlic
- a few leaves of parsley
- 1 tsp of paprika (or tandoori for a more spicy flavor)
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- salt pepper
- 20 aperitif peaks
Preparation:
- Prepare the marinade by mixing the oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic cloves, paprika (or tandoori), chopped parsley, a little salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shell the shrimp and place them in the marinade, mixing well to coat them. Film and place in the fridge for at least 30min (more easily possible).
- This time spent cut the chorizo into thin slices and brown it on each side in a pan without adding fat. Reserve.
- In the same pan then brown the shrimp on each side.
- Prick a shrimp and a slice of chorizo on each peak and serve (hot or cold).
